Here‘s a delicious Peach Cobbler recipe for you!

 

Ingredients:

For the filling:

 5 cups fresh peaches (peeled, pitted, and sliced) or 2 cans (29 oz) of sliced peaches, drained

¾ cup granulated sugar

 1 tsp vanilla extract

 1 tsp cinnamon

 1 tsp lemon juice

 1 tbsp cornstarch 

 

For the batter:

  1 cup all-purpose flour

  1 cup granulated sugar

  1 tsp baking powder

   ¼ tsp salt

   ¾ cup milk

  ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)

 

Instructions:

1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Prepare the Peaches:

 If using fresh peaches, peel and slice them.

 In a saucepan, combine peaches, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, lemon juice, and cornstarch.

 Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until the mixture thickens slightly.

3. Prepare the Batter:

 In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

 Slowly add the milk and mix until combined.

4. Assemble the Cobbler:

 Pour the melted butter into a 9x13-inch baking dish.

 Pour the batter over the butter (do not stir).

 Spoon the peach mixture evenly over the batter (do not stir).

5. Bake:

  Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the top is golden brown.

6. Serve:

 Let the cobbler cool slightly before serving.

 Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
